These Terms of Service apply to all visitors, customers, and users of the Ben Ledi Bees website and services, including honey sales, beekeeping experiences, corporate experiences, and gift cards.

By using our site or purchasing from us, you agree to comply with these Terms.


2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to:

  • Make a purchase

  • Book any beekeeping experience

  • Participate in hive activities or beekeeping training

Minors aged 12–17 may participate in experiences only with a supervising adult.


3. Products and Services Offered

Ben Ledi Bees offers:

  • Raw wildflower honey

  • Beekeeping experiences and training

  • Corporate/team-building experiences

  • Gift cards for use on experiences

All offerings are subject to availability and seasonal limitations.


4. Booking and Payment

A. Bookings

All bookings must be made through our website or by contacting us directly.
A confirmation email will be sent once payment is received.

B. Payment

We accept secure online payments through trusted third-party processors.
Prices are subject to change at any time.


5. Cancellations, Rescheduling & Refunds

A. Experiences

  • Cancellations made 7 days or more before the scheduled date are eligible for a full refund or free reschedule.

  • Cancellations made less than 7 days before the experience are non-refundable.

  • If weather conditions or safety issues require us to cancel, you will receive a full refund or rescheduling option.

B. Honey and Physical Products

Due to the nature of food items, honey purchases are non-refundable unless the product arrives damaged or incorrect.
Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery for support.

C. Gift Cards

Gift cards are non-refundable, non-transferable, and cannot be redeemed for cash.
They may only be used for experiences offered by Ben Ledi Bees.


6. Safety and Participation

Beekeeping involves working around live bees. For your safety, participants must:

  • Follow all instructions from Jerry, Margot, or any Ben Ledi Bees instructor

  • Wear the provided protective equipment at all times

  • Notify us in advance of any allergies or medical concerns

Ben Ledi Bees is not liable for reactions, stings, or injuries arising from failure to follow safety guidelines.

We reserve the right to refuse participation to anyone behaving in an unsafe or disruptive manner.


7. Health & Allergies

If you have:

  • A severe bee allergy

  • Respiratory issues

  • Concerns about protective gear

  • Any medical condition that may affect your participation

You must inform us before booking.
We may advise against participation for your safety.


8. Intellectual Property

All content on our website—including text, images, logos, videos, and product descriptions—is the property of Ben Ledi Bees and protected by copyright law.
You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or exploit any content without written permission.


9. Gift Cards

Gift cards:

  • Are valid only for Ben Ledi Bees experiences

  • May not be replaced if lost or stolen

  • Are valid until the expiry date specified at purchase

  • Cannot be redeemed for cash


10. Accuracy of Information

We strive to ensure all product descriptions, pricing, and availability information are accurate.
However, errors may occur.
We reserve the right to:

  • Correct inaccuracies

  • Update information

  • Cancel orders that involve incorrect pricing or description

  • Personal injury during experiences due to failure to follow instructions

  • Allergic reactions to bee stings, honey, pollen, or protective materials

  • Interrupted or unavailable website services

  • Losses related to misuse of products

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the product or experience.

We use third-party payment processors, hosting services, and analytics tools.
